AI Transformation Studio collects only the information required to communicate with you and evaluate a potential engagement: contact details you share with us (such as your name, email address, and company), the content of messages you send us, and basic, aggregated website analytics.
During an engagement, we may process operational information your company explicitly shares with us — process documentation, metrics, and system access agreed in writing. We never collect credentials, secrets, or proprietary data beyond what an engagement explicitly authorizes.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to respond to your inquiries, prepare and deliver engagements, and improve our services. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Client information shared during a diagnostic or implementation is used exclusively for that engagement. Results and metrics are only published as case studies with your written permission.
We may occasionally send you relevant updates about our work. You can opt out at any time.
3. How Your Data is Stored & Protected
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. Access is limited to the people who need it to serve you, and engagement data is isolated per client.
Where engagements involve AI systems, client data is processed in private, isolated environments and is not used to train public models.
You retain full ownership of your data, your processes, and your intellectual property at all times.
4. Your Rights & How to Manage Your Data
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. A person — not an automated system — will handle your request.
You may also request:
- Removal of specific shared documents or materials
- Restriction of AI processing for sensitive information
- A copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Immediate deletion of your information from our systems
